EXCERPT - INDIAN WOMAN MAKING FOOD WITH CHULLA

This seems to be deteriorating and forlorn picture which reflects the backwardness and poverty of the so called “Shining India “. This Picture was more common 10-15 Years back but the situation is not much different in the recent times in rural and some Parts of Urban India too.

Sometimes we are completely befuddled and disillusioned about the denouement of the current situation in which 23 Cores of people are still below the Poverty line as per the Survey by Hindustan Times, 2006.


Lack of Infrastructure and the proper facilities is creating demure and irreconcilable ambiance which could be deterrent to the Progress and Prosperity of the Modern India.


Woman using the Chula is misinterpreted as the traditional culture of India and is treated as a respectful gesture in the villages but there are copious factors and reasons which could be detrimental to the health of the Woman and can lead to other medical complications in the commencing future.



Using Chulla inspite of using the LPG and Electric gas perturb the Environment too.
The Harmful gas emitted while using Chulla can create hazardous effects for the Environment which can disturb the normal food chain cycle. If the Chulla is not properly lit; the Carbon Monoxide is the deadly gas which could be produced and will be very very hamful one.


The situation is still inevitable inspite of so many attempts to improve the conditions of the people but right now we can hope that sanguine time will come which can set an example with which we can proudly state that “India Shines”.
